Billing Discrepancy & Failed Generation Refund

1. Billing Discrepancy: I purchased the $24 package for 200 Gems. I used a 10% discount code, bringing the total to $21.60. However, after the transaction, my account was only credited with 180 Gems instead of the 200 Gems included in the package.

2. Failed Generation & Missing Refund: I attempted to use my 80 Gems to train an AI character. The creation process failed with an error, but the Gems were deducted from my balance and have not been refunded. I would like to have these Gems returned to my account so I can retry the submission.
