Refund request – Trained character cannot be used after training completed

Hi Pyksel team,

I purchased the $6 Gems credit on 6/12/26 account email: rollycalma13@gmail.com . I used the gems to train an AI character/avatar. The training process ran and showed as completed, and my gems were consumed — but the trained character is unusable. It either does not appear in my character list, or it appears but cannot be selected when generating images. I have waited 1-2 hours, logged out and back in, and tried a different browser, but the trained character still cannot be used.

This means I paid for a training that delivered nothing I can actually use. Per your refund policy, refunds apply when the service is not delivered as promised due to an error on your end — which is exactly my situation.

I would like either:

  1. The trained character fixed so it works as advertised, OR

  2. A full refund of my $6 purchase.
